Founders Joe Karpinski and Colin Cook pay tribute to the city’s historical past in both the bar and restaurant interior designs. It’s Swinehart Stout – Imperial Coffee is brewed using honey, and roasted barley notes with subtle orange and vanilla undertones. This signature craft ale touts an 11% ABV.

Ignite Brewing Company
Nestled in the heart of downtown Barberton, this craft brand lives its mission – “Making Beer Make A Difference”. Missing Mountain Brewing Company
Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

HiHO Brewing Company
Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
The dream of Ali and Jon Hovan, the couple opened the taproom and brewhouse in 2017. The company’s legacy is rooted in a combination of a west coast mountain mentality and hometown Ohio pride. Capturing the local flavor, "HiHO’s Gorges Blonde" is a soft malty ale with a moderate citrus hop flavor – named for the Gorge Metro Park in Summit County.
Royal Docks Brewing Company
